No Appearance in Main Address Book?

Have a strange one haven't run into before. Cannot get a certain user to appear in the main Novell GroupWise Address Book although their account works fine and they properly appear in Distribution Lists.

They were a pre-existing user who I simply moved from one container to another (without Creating an Alias...). Performed Mailbox Maintenance and Synchronized eDirectory accounts to no avail. Any advice would be appreciated.
