Andy, Yes, it seems to be pretty consistent that it is from the same few people @otherdomain.tld. It doesn't happen with every invite they send, but it happens a lot. I'll see if I can get the firstname.lastname@example.org to follow the info you provided
Further to what Andy has said, just to add my two cents worth here, the quickest way to resolve this type of issue between an Exchange environment and GroupWise is to have the Exchange/Outlook user simply delete the contact from their address book and then send a new mail to your customer. This automatically creates a new contact with the correct internet format address. At least this has been my experience. To talk a user through modifying a contact can be a little challenging at times.
