Update loops and gwadmin-console always gives the setup - screen

an update of a GW 2012 primary domain leads us thru the regular update process and gives out no errors.

But finally when trying to launch the :9710/gwadmin-console it again and again shows the setup screen.. (create /update ..)

the domain and poa http - monitors show running services on 2014,

the rcgrpwise status shows all running (including the gwadmin-service)

kind regards

Open an SR. They have an ftf to fix the issue. I was having the same issue.
installed ftf over the top and ran upgrade and finished. I found no other
way to fix here. only took a few minutes.

  • a new build did fix it (=> sr =>nts gave new build)

  • Does anyone have a copy of this patch? I do not have a service agreement, so I have no way of opening a service request to get the patch.
  • Hi,

As far as I am aware, opening an SR to get this code is the only way to go. Note, however, that the SR will be refunded to you at the end - insist on this.

Let us know how it goes,

    Cheers,

Have you tried the credit card approach?
