AD SSO not working

Hi

customer is on GW 2014R2 HP1 and moves from eDir to Active Directory. I have to setup SSO integration for GroupWise.

I followed the steps "Configuring SSO with active directory" as by the documentation.

"gwadminutil adsso --list" shows the SPN-Entry.

Still, SSO-Login does not work. But authentication does!

Any hints what to check?

Thank you

Andrej

  • Hi

re-associate the test user did nor help.

deleting the test user and recreating the test user - strange enough, now AD SSO works.

    no idea why.

I am going to migrate some real users now. Wondering how it will go.

    Thanks

    Andrej
