Cancelled appointment message multiplies

Hello all,

we have a GroupWise account that get´s the same message about a cancelled appointment from an external Exchange user again and again for over a week now.

These messages don´t come in from the Internet again and again but they must be produced by the GroupWise-System.

It seems like whenever you delete a lot of them or all then new messages of the same type are coming in again. They all do have the original old date of February 5th even when they come in now.

I already tried a GWCHECK on the users account. Any suggestions on where and how to look for the problem or what to do next?

We are using GroupWise 18.0.2 on Linux.

    While you have described your issue you have not provided much else to
    work with. We need to determine how this message keeps reappearing and
    the best place to start is to check the GroupWise logs.

    There may be insufficient information captured in the logs so you may
    want to set the log level to verbose or diagnostic to capture the
    details.

    Was this appointment created in GroupWise or Exchange?

    Were there other GroupWise or Exchange users invited? What happened
    with them?

    Was that a contents analyze/fix? And run until no problems/errors for this
    user?
    How did you confirm that it isn't coming from the internet each time? From
    GWIA's logs I hope.

    It could be a stuck file along the way as each agent stores the message
    for a short period in different folders as it moves it along.
