2014 Client crashing for one user

I have one user that no matter what computer they use or Windows account they log in with, when they log into the Groupwise client the client crashes. They can access WebAccess just fine and also mobile works fine too. Other Groupwise accounts also work just fine. Just one particular user account crashes the Groupwise client. Thoughts?

Thanks

So my response to bkesting's comment is...

What version of the client? Tried an analyze / fix on their account?

    Client version 14.0.1

I have not tried an analyze/fix yet

Since the issue seems to be following the user from machine to machine,
I would start with running a gwcheck on their account, once for
structure and index, second time for content, see what that does.

Fix/Analyze appears to have worked. Thanks for your help.

Glad it was something fairly simple.

That is why we have some of these set to run routinely, as it makes
many such problems just go away before they are even noticed and faster
to fix when they are noticed. This link is for my recommendations for
    such maintenance jobs (aka GWChecks)
