I have a user who's workflow in a mail merge with previous versions of GW was to perform the mail merge and when the email tries to send they would cancel the send at the prompt for her signature, at which point she would attach other files to the outgoing message. We recently upgraded to GW2014SP2 clients and now when the user does the mail merge it performs the merge and sends it off without her being able to attach her additional files. Is there any way to restore the older behavior without reverting to an older client?
