Install Error on Win 2008 r2 - Unable to upgrade object

I'm upgrading from GroupWise 2012 to 2014 on a Windows Server 2008 R2. Install went fine, restarted the server and the new agents started and upgraded all databases fine. However, when I run the "Upgrade an Existing Domain or Post Office to GroupWise 2014", it sees my domain and po, I assign a password to the superuser, click [Finish] and I get a popup error:

"* Unable to upgrade object (The specified service already exists.) Unable to upgrade object (The specified service already exists.)"

It actually lists the error twice, which seems to be once for the domain and once for the po. If I try to upgrade just the domain I only get one error. I can't see where there is a log that may give me additional information on the error. Any thoughts?

    If you look in Services are the MTA and PO now named "Groupwise ... MTA" rather
    than the name of the startup file like they were in the former version? If so,
    you're actually done I think.

    than the name of the startup file like they were in the former version? If so,
    you're actually done I think.

    Yes, they are now named "Groupwise..." however, I can not open the admin console because it only opens to the installation page...assuming it's because the upgrade has not been completed?

    Technically the "upgrade" has been completed, but the admin service was not
    configured properly. I.e., your system is truly at 2014, but you cannot get to
    the admin service to manage it!

    I think we'll have to see if Novell can help out with that part! Let me see if
    I can get someone to look at this.

    Well, I think maybe. When you run through the install now and it shows your
    domain/po, do they show as version 14?

    Okay, I went back to confirm that it shows version 14 - which I'm sure it did as I remembered it from last time, and it actually sent me to the administration console instead of the upgrade screen!? This morning I ran the install again from the beginning and selected the "Repair" option, restarted the server, and ran the upgrade option again...but I got the same error message as yesterday so I just figured I was still having the same problem. Apparently the re-install shook something loose - as it stands now it looks like all is well. Thanks for your help!
