Shutting Down Agents When Using GWHA

Hi all,

So I've configured GWHA and it is working fine. If I ever need to shutdown an agent for maintenance, how should I go about it without having the GWHA restarting the agent on its own?

Thanks
Victor

If you open up the web page for GroupWise Monitor, you should see a
Suspend option. Just suspend whichever agent you need to take down.
After you are done with maintenance, resume.
