Unfortunately we can't as it is closed to voting, and I'm not finding it on the microfocus.com web site, so we shall have to prod Mike about that. "Ask your Micro Focus rep" is a failure in marketing if we have to ask about it vs being able to read up about it ourselves. Now time to rattle some cages about this, asking for a link on microfocus.com outlining this service, until then any sales reps are just making noise without that backup.

So far all I've gotten beyond that one pdf is that you have to contact your MF rep, and in doing that I got as far as the limit of 200 users MINIMUM which knocks it out of the range of most companies. I'm hoping this is just for their first kick at the can as the back end is being containerized as part moving forward for GroupWise and that moving forward we will gain the option for smaller organizations to use it (I'd sign KonecnyConsulting up for it), so I will keep poking about it.
If you have 200 users, then certainly contact your MF rep about it.
