When a particular user of a particular computer requests to print a Groupwise email, three copies come out of the printer.
This happens with all her installed printers. No other applications do this triple-printing "thing."
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Groupwise.
If a different user logs in to the same computer and prints an email from Groupwise, only one copy comes out of the printer.
If the affected user logs in to a different computer and prints an email, only one copy comes out of the printer.
The affected user reported the problem, saying that she was changing settings, but doesn't remember anything about copies.
I've looked in her options. I've looked in at the printer properties when she's printing from Groupwise, and it is set to one copy.
Short of deleting her entire profile on the computer and recreating it, how can I fix this?
