User move problem from PO to another PO

hi all,

I have some problems when configure the new PO in my Groupwise system and move some old mailbox from old-PO to new-PO

Here is my system:
1. Current system:
Groupwise 2012 - DOM1 - PO1 (1677)

2. After configure:
Groupwise 2012 - DOM - PO1 (1677)
- PO2 (1678)

3. Send incoming

As a first step, have you run a verify task (using ConsoleOne > GroupWise maintenance options for domain or po) on the domain and postoffice's?

Checking the POA logs from both po's should hopefully give some more clues on the move status. Make sure both POA's have their logging set to verbose. If the user move status still shows another state then "move completed", you can select to fully retry the user move... then keep an eye on the logs.

I assume you are running both po's with GroupWise 2012 SP2 agents?
From what you've explained, I'm also assuming both po's are running on the same server?

Also curious, prior to the user move... had you run mailbox maintenance for the user mailbox to see if structure-index

This isn't the logs Willem was asking about. Willem was talking about
the logs that are updated all the time and follow the pattern of
MMDDpoa.### With the first one of today being 0306poa.001 Please find
those as they will tell you much more about what is going on as it
attempts to move the user. Especially important will be comparing the
logs of each POA at the same time.

What you posted is the result of a GWCheck maintenance run which is
also useful and feels like it hasn't been run in a while. I would run
it again and expect most if not all of those Problem 39s would go away
and possibly the others as well. If they persist, then we can
investigate further. These checks should be run regularly, can be
easily automated, and are a great at avoiding all kinds of issues
    before the happen. http://www.konecnyad.ca/andyk/gwmnt5x.htm

Yes many of the good references to fixing some of those Problems show
as for old versions because they still do the job since the database
structure really hasn't changed much since then.
