we have one user who cannot open the Groupwise Client on any computer.
She can access and use webacess without any problems.
When she starts the client, she is asked for username and password ( Server IP and port are correct ) and when she clicks ok the GW client login startup screen stays for about 10 seconds visible, then simply disappears and the process is ended.
She has tried this on different machines, always the same problem.
We have run maintenance tasks on her mailbox but no success.
ANy idea what this could be?
