Hi,

On one device (Win10 FR 1809, GW 14.2.3) GW crashed while trying to create a new email.

    download and install the 14.2.3 client from the download.novell.com
    page and see if that resolves the issue. The crash info you have
    posted here indicates that this workstation is still running the 14.2.0
    client which is very old.

  • Version 14.2.3 is already installed. The file version of grpwise.exe is really 14.2.0.39832

    Does it crash regardless of the mailbox you login to? If it is only
    with one account, may be a mailbox issue. If it is with every account
    may be a PC issue.

    If you have it narrowed down to a PC issue, you might want to try
    updating video drivers. I don't see video drivers causing as much
    trouble as they used to, but still worth checking. I assume you have
    already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client?
