smtp emails going to junk

I have setup a spiceworks helpdesk. It connects to goupwise throuh our smtp. The poblem is when users email the helpdesk, when it emails back it goes wo their junk box. They have to go in and trust sender one time.

I am trying to find a way so they never have to gho and trust sender one time. How can I make it so the smtp mail from this one email address does not go to junk when it routes through the smtp?

We are using Groupwise 8.
