Novell FTP site problems?

Sorry, I know this is not the relevant forum area to post this, but I can't think where else to ask...
I can't get on ftp.novell.com, or rather, I can't find any of the files I'm after? Has someone at Novell messed up, or am I missing something?
I'm after ftp://ftp.novell.com/outgoing/allInclusivePatch3.tar.gz

Many thanks, Alan

No it's not the correct forum but I also can't think of where it
    should've been reported.

The /outgoing directory is protected such that browsing a file list is
not possible so you need to know the name of the file you're after. The
other thing to note is that files are regularly pruned as it should only
be used for making patches available temporarily.

I suggest that you go back to whoever at Novell/SUSE/NetIQ referred you
    to this file.

  • That's just it Simon, the links are both from TID's that I've used previously, for DSAPP and this xperia patch!
Both live TID's! Novell have now fixed this though, I just wonder why the files from active TID's went offline!

Perhaps you could share the TID numbers? As I previously said, files in
    ftp.novell.com/outgoing/ are automatically pruned.

It's my understanding that Novell (now) have a policy that files
relating to TIDs should not be shared via FTP but instead require
contacting support so their usage can be tracked. I'm guessing that
policy is not (yet) being strictly enforced.
