html emails

I have a user that does not get the error "Groupwise has prevented
images on this page from displaying" when opening an html email. All
images just show as a red X.

Checked there options, Always show warning is checked in default
actions.

Running gw2012sp2 (build 108211) on win7pro 64bit.

Suggestions?

    Does this problem follow the user to other systems? Or does this
    problem also happen to others using this system?
    I would suspect the later and that the integration with the local html
    engine (IE) is what is the issue.

    So my response to Andy's comment is...

    This came up with a different email now as well. It is a newsletter
    (to the HR dept so this has the possibility of causing all kinds of
    headache).

    If I get this email forwarded to me, I do get prompted to view images
    if I view it as html. When I click to view images, they do not show up
    though.

    I forwarded this email to a personal email account of mine, read the
    email via web browser and it seems to show up fine.

    So if I understand you correctly, the user with the problem still has the
    red Xes, but you get the prompt.
    If so, my earlier comment still stands.
    As for your system, did you view your personal account on the same PC as
    you experienced the issue on GroupWise?
    I take a close look at the actual HTML of the message and see if you can
    isolate the image links, and then try them on their own.
