Groupwise 2012 - Archive issue C067

I have a user with a Groupwise archive issue.

When she tries to save an email to archive she gets the following message:
"Database store number is invalid"

We also can get a C067 error.

When we looked at Groupwise client Caching mailbox directory, the location was a different user which seems to be the installers email address. I do not know if this is just cosmetic or part of the issue.

I am not aware of the "Database store number is invalid" ocurring with any other users.

When user moves to a different computer she gets the same error message.
When we log in as a tech person, we can save to archive with no issues.

Anything we can try to fix this?

thanks,
Linda

That would be a part of the issue that is getting in the way. Recreating
the Caching mailbox to a more logical location might help.

Is there a standard pattern where users' Archives are stored?
First check the user's individual setting for Archiving Directory. In
ConsoleOne right click on the user, GroupWise Utilities, Client Options,
Environment, File Location. Does the location make sense? It might be as
simple as just setting it correctly here.

When you say this, do you mean you can login to Windows as the tech user and
then login to GroupWise as the problem user and archive? Or are you saying the
tech user can log into this user's PC and archive to the tech user's own
    archive.

C067 just means "store number is invalid". Generally if you get this on an
archive, the only solution is to restore the entire archive folder from backup.
However, it's possible that the ngwguard.dc file in the archive folder may be
missing or damaged, so you could try to copy a new one from the PO directory
    into the folder first.
