Last week we updated our GroupWise Mobility Service (formerly Datasync) to 2.1 from 2.0. Since this update, users have no longer been able to query the GroupWise address book (the system address book, not synchronized address books) when sending mail from mobile devices. We're seeing this on iOS, Android and Blackberry 10 devices. Apart from the update, no settings have been changed.
Anyone else experiencing similar issues, or any suggestions for troubleshooting?
