• Make phone calls using the GroupWise address book
• Supports personal address books, mobile and home entries
• Supports Name Completion entry
• Fully self contained, no installation required
• Configuration saved by user for shared PC’s

  • We are using GroupWise 7 and Call Manager 6.1. Thought from this thread that it would work, but we are getting the following error: url:"">10.160.10.10:8443/.../webdialerSoapService-SOAPAction:""

any suggestions ? would LOVE to use this app.

  • We did have to tweek the config (for long distance had just 1). Had to install certificates. Did that. Looks like it is working now. At least for those that are using IE6. For some reason IE7 does everything except actually dial. The phone beeps once real quick but doesn't dial. Not sure about IE8 as no one here is suppose to be using it.

Will post again if we figure out the IE7 issue.... unless you have an idea???
  • I'm running IE8 and there seems to be no problem. One thing to be careful of is the Certificates under IE7 & 8 - you want to install it under the Trusted Root Authorities (this does not happen using the default install like it did under IE6). You can batch / command line that as follows:

    certmgr.exe -add YourCUCM_Cert.cer -c -s -r localMachine root

    (You'll need the certmgr.exe program)
