need help, cause RELOAD do not make his work :-(

Hello from Germany,

my name is Markus and I'm a newbee here in the forum and also on groupwise / RELOAD adminstration and I have a big problem with our Reload-installation...

(first: sory about my english -it's german style )

I found the forum a few days ago and catch a kindly help in Groupwise-administration from Buckley - again many thanks for it!

 My problem is, that I can't ask the man, who installed the system - cause of an deadly car accident and the company, who make our support, did not have another expert for GW or RELOAD. So, they did not find a solution

...to the problem: since 22.12.2019 (!!) we do not have a RELOAD-backup for PO or DOM...

We running GW under Linux and the RELOAD on a win 2016-standard-server (1607).

When I start a backup manually f.e. for DOM - I get following error logs:
