Forensics Fails To Retrieve Post Office Users

I receive the following message when attempting to connect to our GroupWise System:

There was a problem retrieving your GrouPWise system data. Check that the Administration URL and Admin credentials are correct. Click the Help icon for more details.

I know the Admin URL and Administrative User credentials are correct.

Where would I be able to see further details on why the connection is failing?

  • I enabled the debuglog.

    We do have a number of Non GroupWise Domains in our system, which according to the debuglog, this is where Forensics was stopping to retrieve information.

    Found this to be the fix:

    External domains can be enabled by placing the line "UseExternalDomains=1" in the "SETTINGS" section of the Forensics local "settings.ini" file.
