iPrint - Access is denied, Windows - Error code 5

I've got a couple of users that can't install printers. 4.11 iPrint client
Xp SP2.

When they click "Ok" to install the printer, they get a "Novell iPrint"
dialog that reads:

Error message: Access is denied

Error group: Windows
Error Code: 5

Does this have something to do with local Administrator access to the system
or something else?
