iPrint and Xerox Workcentre Pro 35


A customer of ours has an intermittend problem with iPrint and 3 Xerox
Workcentre Pro 35 printers/multifunctionals.

Sometimes printing stops and all printjobs get stuck in the queue on the
server.The only way to solve this is to powercycle the printer and to
stop/start the printeragent.When the jobs get stuck in the queue, and they
configure a direct tcp/ip printer in Windows, they still can print
directly from windows to the printers. So the problem seems to be related
to iPrint on the server. There are no routers between printers and servers.

3-node Cluster : OES(SLES9)
iPrint gateway loadline : IPRINTGW PORT=RAW HOSTNAME=<name of the printer>
Printers : Xerox Workcentre Pro 35, RAW printing (port 9100) enabled.

Has anyone experienced similar problems with clustered iPrint on
OES(SLES9) in combination with this type (or another type) of printer ?
