DNSDHCP console on Windows with Azul Zulu JDK doesn't start

Hi,
with recent changes to Oracle Java licensing policy I would expect, that DNSDHCP console in OES2018SP1 will run with Azul Zulu JDK, which is used in many Micro Focus products, but it doesn't.

I opened an SR about this back in December. And I thought I heard
something more recently that led me to be believe it is being worked
on. But I just asked for an update on my SR so I'll see what I can
    find out.
