As I'm sure you already suspect, you have way too many catalogs listed here.

For an OES2 SP2 server you should only be seeing OES2-SP2-* and
SLES10-SP3-* catalogs, whether or not they're subscribed to.

I'm guessing this server has perhaps been upgraded (in-place) from OES2
to OES2 SP1 to OES2 SP2? For some reason these upgrade processes haven't
cleaned up after themselves, hence the old, unnecessary catalogs.

The essential catalogs you should be subscribed to, for OES2 SP2, are
SLES10-SP3-Updates and OES2-SP2-Updates. If media (or network install
source) are not present then optionally, SLES10-SP3-Pool and/or
OES2-SP3-Pool depending on what media is missing.

The above rug sl output looks correct - #2 is the important factor here
as #1 isn't required if you're subscribed to the SLES10-SP3-Pool (though
I'd also expect, for an OES2 server, to see an additional service
matching OES2 SP2 media if you have the SLES10 SP3 media).
