[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders]

with regedit to an file and edit this file with notepad).

Example:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders]
"AppData"="H:\Application Data"
"Cookies"="H:\Cookies"
"Desktop"="H:\Desktop"
"Favorites"="H:\Favorites"
"NetHood"="H:\NetHood"
"Personal"="H:"
"My Pictures"="H:\My Documents\My Pictures"
