(SD) Support Tip: LDAP User not syncing into Service Desk?

Having trouble with a user not syncing with Service Desk? Other users are syncing fine?

Check in AD or eDir and ensure they have the following:

First Name, Last Name and Email configured. Those are required.

Also, ensure that the user is a member of the groups you are configured to sync with Service Desk as defined in [Setup]->Setup tab->LDAP tab->Click Domain->Advanced tab->User Groups.
