Micro Focus is pleased to announce that the public beta for ZENworks Service Desk is now available. This release is a minor update to ZENworks Service Desk 8.2 that includes further refinements to the technician ticket handling workflow, improves ZENworks integration and introduces new email capabilities in workflows.
There are two ways to interact with the beta:
1) In a lab environment install a ZENworks Service Desk 8.2 appliance and then download the 8.2.1 beta from Downloads - ZENworks Service Desk 8.2.1 - BETA (novell.com) To reiterate, this build should ONLY be applied in a TEST ENVIRONMENT and not to a production server.
2) If you do not have a lab environment, Micro Focus has setup an instance of the ZENworks Service Desk 8.2.1 beta release as a cloud hosted appliance at https://zsdbeta.mfzen.co.in
