checkout the FAQs for the forums: Novell do not officially monitor the forums (I spend some of my time here, but that doesn't constitute an official presence). If you have an urgent question, then a Service Request would be the correct way to go.

We haven't really changed our imaging process for Mac's in regards to ZEN. Same as it ever was. Only now we include the ZEN install as a post image script. Our mac image is extremely sparse. We push all of the apps after the fact with ZENWorks.
