Printers policies

I created printers policies associated to computers.

Policy for Printer1 associated to Computer1
Policy for Printer2 associated to Computer2
If the user log on Computer1, Printer1 is installing. That is OK
Later, if the user log on Computer2, Printer2 is installing but Printer1 is
also installing. That is NOT OK for Printer1.

Seems that printers policies follow user profile.

Users have roaming profile.
