Add CC Mail when creating a request or Quick Request from User Portal

Whenever it is the Request form or the Quick request form, we are unable to add CC Mail recipients.

It would be great to add this field to these forms. More Generally, it would be great to be able to customize these forms.

Created an Enhancement for adding the CC field to the Quick Request.
It is already in the Create Request form.
Customization of the form is a great add...

Hi ppedron,

Yes this is about the user protal. We are in version 8.2.1 but it do not have the same forms as you have.

In our version, we can create a request or a quick request (nothing related to quick call) and on both forms no way to add a CC field.

I think you are referring to User portal not customer portal.
You can add a CCEmail to a Dynamic form attached to the QC or Incident.

In version 8.2.1 you have the ability to add a CC to the Request during creation.
