Version 8.2.1 gives us dynamic forms in the technicians portal when logging requests which is really useful.
It would be useful to be able to also link Dynamic forms to either items or Item types and present these through the customer portal. Currently we use custom fields for this, but they are limited.
Dynamic forms could be used via customer portal when logging a request/incident and capturing specific information based upon the item/item type. It would be really usefull for store items as well.

I think this would be a good factor in guiding customers for additional details about their requested Item.
