Incident/SR filter option for location

A technician must be able to filter his incidents and service request after the location, as set in LDAP. This is really important for customers how have more then one company location which they are supporting.

For example: On monday the technician is going to town A and wants to see only all the incidients for this particular town. Next day he is driving to town B and wants now only to see those related incidents to this location.

At the moment (ServiceDesk 7.4) there is no filter/search option.

  • I find it very unfortunate that this could be realized ONLY over the idea portal, also we need this search for the place for our support, without this "features" is the one K.O. Criterion for the service desk in our company!
