New Technician Portal Notes Enhancements

Adding more functionality in the Notes arena like Collapsing / Expanding Notes in Request Page

This is being worked on for ZSD 8.3.1

Pagination and Scrolling in future release.

It would be nice to enhance this Notes area:

1) Collapse or Expand Notes for a better view of the Ticket page depending on your screen size.

2) Being able to scroll the notes one note at a time so you can compare consecutive notes on the same page.

3) Notes Page Indicators (the lines below the Notes)
