When creating a request for a Customer, don't make me click the search button to find Categories and Types

When a Technician is creating a request on behalf of a Customer the screen allows you to search/locate the Customer and then prompts you to pick the Item. Rarely is the Item you want in the default list. So you must go through the Category and Type selection. The enhancement request is that when a choice is made from the drop down list, go ahead and search immediately vs having to click the search icon.
