non-HP Arcsight product support

Can anyone recommend, or know of, a third-party support provider for our company to contract with to provide Arcsight product support to replace the support from HP?  We are in the position of renewing our maintenance support, and it seems a waste of money to continue to work with HP on the Arcsight product.
