Allow renaming admin or choose admin for reports

As of 6.4.1, if you rename or delete admin. User, the helpdesk reports stop wormk f as they are hard coded to this user

The dev fix for 6.4.2 is to disable Admin user delete or rename

This is not acceptable as many companies don't allow a user named Admin for security policy.

Request is to have development allow choosing admin user for running the reports
