Logging and Auditing Problems in NAM 5.0

Wonder if anyone is seeing this problem now.  I noticed on all my NAM 5.0 SP3 and SP4 environments that use Extended logging profiles for their proxies that the User Name is no longer being filled in in the logs.  Has anyone else noticed this?  I even noticed it on my home test 5.0 SP4 SBA box.  This is pretty bad as I know many sites rely on this to track user activity.  

Also, it seems audit events from the AGs don't seem to work anymore.  I even enabled all the audit events on the AG and I'm not seeing any of them being sent (IdP seems fine still).  Has anyone else noticed this problem at all?

    I discovered that syslog auditing from the AG is fixed in NAM 5.0 SP4, I do get audit events.  However, the User Identifier is blank in the syslog events, just like it is blank in the proxy logs.  I have multiple support cases open on this, but not answers yet.

    SP3 and SP4 are just utter disaster versions.  If you are on SP2, I'd really stick there and wait these out.
