For user store e directory all replicas are not responding  
(Required Action) Ensure that all replicas of this user store are operating correctly  
validation status is showing ok in user store configuration, but this issue is showing

    Hi!

    You need to keep in mind that validation is done on Admin console but error message is reported back by IDPs.

    If this is not an appliance setup it could be that admin console has access to backed user store, but IDPs don't because of firewall rules.
