MFA integrate with access manager , after puting totp it is not redirecting to nidp/app/ page

Hi ,

I have integrated MFA with Access manger for TOTP based  secondary authentication. But after Puting LDAP password and TOTP in nidp page , it is not redirect to nidp/app page

Kindly provide resolution
