In order to understand the problem, can you please provide what kind of error is show (maybe screenshot? Is that an error in Browser? Or MS Authenticator?

Also we would need to know URL to which user is sent when error is shown (ref "shows an error in the moment that redirects to the access manager page of our organization").

the error that MS Authenticator shows after trying to redirect to our NAM is as follows

when trying to log in to Outlook for android it displays the following

all these problems only occur when using the domain federated with NAM and the error always occurs when sending requests to NAM.

It is hard to point you into right direction since you have not provided URL on NAM to which user is redirected, but it *might* be this problem:

Or to rephrase, MS is requesting specific authentication type (probably http://schemas.microsoft.com/ws/2008/06/identity/authenticationmethod/password) but you don't have any contract on NAM with that specific URI.
