Allow Branding/Customization of NAM skin in iMgr

Sometimes an admin may have multiple NAM iMgr instances open for multiple NAM instances. It is easy to make a config change to Prod by mistake when the admin thinks he/she is changing the Dev instance.

In the past we could use the iMgr "Look and Feel" settings to change the colour of the title bar and wording e.g. "PROD" in red colour.

These settings no longer apply to the NAM skin in iMgr.

Please provide us the capability to easily change these 2 items.
