User health checks required a user with full rights to the user objects in order for the health check to show green. If the user only has select rights access to attributes then the health check will be marked as yellow.
Use case: Customer has been given a user with access to certain attributed for user authentication, This user store is not managed by them and full rights to the users cannot be given to them.
We need a way to select attributes for the health check to verify or just not require full rights to the user store for the health check to succeed.
