Environment
Access Manager Version 5.0.3
Access Manager Access Gateway Version 5.0.3
Access Manager has been upgraded from Version 5.0.2 to Version 5.0.3
Protected Resources (PR) have been configured with a Contract (C) using a different Authentication Level
Example:
PR1 => C1 (Authentication Level = 1 / Satisfiable by a contract of equal or higher level = Enabled)
PR2 => C2 (Authentication Level = 2 / Satisfiable by a contract of equal or higher level = Enabled)

Situation
user runs a successful login to PR1
on the same user session user fails on login to PR2 with the error: Unable to authenticate. (409-esp-B2A28E64FD97EBC8)
