rsyslogd stops forwarding messages over a secure connection using TLS after installing Access Manager (AC, IDP, AG)
reviewing the OS journal using: "journalctl -n 3 -u rsyslog" the following error has been listed
Dec 01 16:09:36 idpa rsyslogd[26166]: can not read file '/var/opt/novell/novlwww/syslogservercert.pem' [v8.24.0-57.el7_9.3 try http://www.rsyslog.com/e/2040 ]
