Summary
After upgrade to SP4 password fetch no longer works

Upgrade to Access Manager 5 SP4

Situation
Password Fetch is no longer working after upgrade from NAM 5 SP3 to NAM 5 SP4.

Logs show the below entries when this is working as expected:

Logs show the below entries when this is no longer working:
