Installation of Access Manager 5.0.x Administration Console (AC) on SLES 15 SP3 or higher fails with message 'Error while creating the Tomcat connector certificate'.

The log file /tm/novell_access_manager/configure_iman_YYYY-MM-DD_...log shows following message.

Noticed that this issue happens if the DNS server is not able to resolve the FQDN of the AC server irrespective of the own entry present in the /etc/hosts file.

The same issue has been reported with previous version of Access Manager as in articles TIDs listed below.
