SecureLogin Script parsing error. Script corrupted

Hi

We are currently running SecureLogin 8.8.1 on all our devices with AD. We have a web site that SecureLogin auto logs in to. For most people this works fine but for some users they get the following error,

Script parsing error for <website>

Script is corrupted or was created with a newer version of SecureLogin

Please contact your administrator

I've cleared the users account in AD, so it prompts them again for a passphrase. I've installed and reinstalled SecureLogin on the device. I've removed the SecureLogin cache for the user but so far have not be able to fix it.

Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks.

    Hello,

    Few basics you can check:
-Ensure NSL plugin is up to date (Single Sign-on Assistant latest version is 3.4.1)
    -Test different web browser
-Version of NSL client should be the same everywhere

We would need to look at the script itself for further analysis, therefore I would suggest to open a case.
For technical support, you can open a new case via the customer portal. Here is a link to the Main NSL Support www.microfocus.com/.../SecureLogin

It should be noted that the NSL 8.x versions are no longer within committed support status. Our current, fully supported version of NSL is 9.1.
