Multiple Email Destination or User Selection for Email/SMS OTP

Hi,

I noticed that in the LDAP Setting we are able to define up to 3 Email or SMS Destination address.

Assume I had define 3 Email Destinations with 3 different LDAP attributes and Email Server setting configured.

- user@domain1.com

- user@domain2.com

- user@domain3.com

So when I setup to use Email OTP, what's gonna happened?

(1) User is prompted to select one of the destination ? Or

(2) Email OTP is sent to 3 email destination ?

    I had managed to get it working out.

    If under LDAP, you had configured Secondary and Tertiary email attribute. During Forgotten Password process, user will be prompted to select which email account to send the verification OTP code.

    A scree something similar to the attached.

    Just treat the SMS as another email account.

    NOTE: You can only choose one destination for the verification code.
